HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR DATE?

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
We require a deposit of $300. This can be made by Cash, Check, Credit Card or PayPal.
DO YOU CHARGE TAX?
No, we do not charge any additional tax. What you are quoted is what you will pay.
WILL WE RECEIVE A CONTRACT?
Yes! Once the deposit is received a final contract will be sent to you via email.
WHAT IS THE NORMAL AMOUNT TO TIP OUR DJ?
It is customary in the Service Industry to offer a gratuity of 15-20% of your non discounted total.
WHEN IS OUR FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
Your final payment is due on the day of your event. You can make your final payment by Cash, Check, Credit Card or PayPal up to 10 days before your event. Within 10 days of your event we can only accept Cash or Check.
DO WE NEED TO INCLUDE THE DJ IN OUR MEAL COUNT?
Yes, we do require that a meal is provided for your DJ.
DO WE NEED TO TIP OUR DJ?
Although it is not mandatory to tip your DJ it is very much appreciated. Our DJs work very hard preparing for each show as well as traveling, setting up and breaking down, which is typically done on their own time.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance.
CAN WE MAKE PAYMENTS?
Yes! Payments can be made by PayPal on our Client Portal, sending in a Check or calling in a Credit Card up to 10 days prior to your event. Within 10 days payments must be made by either Cash or Check.
HOW DO WE PLAN OUR EVENT?
We have a Custom Client Portal that you will have access to. Through this portal, you will be able to plan timelines, must plays, guest requests, budgeting and more to make sure your special day is perfect.
WHEN ARE THE PLANING FORMS DUE?
The planing forms lock 7 days prior to your event. This allows our DJs time to prepare. If last minute changes need to be made, we can accommodate those via email or phone call.
WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE PLANING OUR EVENT, IS THERE ANY HELP?
Yes! We are always here to help in anyway we can with whatever you need. We can be reached by multiple communication methods.
CAN OUR GUESTS REQUEST SONGS DAY OF?
Yes! Our DJs try to accommodate all your guests requests while respecting your Must Plays and Do Not Plays.
DO YOU REQUIRE THE VENUE TO PROVIDE A TABLE OR CHAIR?
No, we provide all necessary equipment for the set up of both our DJ Booth and SocialBooth.
WHAT IS A SOCIALBOOTH?
Our SocialBooth is a modern take on your traditional PhotoBooth. The SocialBooth allows your guests to text or email their pictures immediately after taking them. This allows your guests to post their photos to any and all social media sites as well as third party apps instantly, all without losing or forgetting their picture strips at the party.
WHAT IS A GREEN SCREEN?
The Green Screen allows the SocialBooth software program to insert an image into the background of your picture. Imagine having a tropical theme party and taking a picture on the beach in the middle of a snow storm.
HOW MANY BACKGROUNDS CAN WE PICK WITH THE GREEN SCREEN
While the possibilities are endless, there is a limit of 4 different backgrounds while using the Green Screen.
